Our yearly, 2025, Russian Imperial Stout release! Roasty and assertive, rich and malty, this beer is the culmination of years of learning and the application of knowledge, but you don’t need to worry about that part, just be careful as you enjoy it!

Gemma’s big sister, born from the same grains, this malty Scotch Ale is packed with camel and toffee with subtle floral and earth notes from the heather tips used in the brew process, but watch out, she’s more than a wee heavy!

OLD CHRISTMAS TREE

In this Old Ale Belgian Candi Sugar gets Juniper and spruce on your nice list! Full bodied and malty sweet with notes of caramel it’s Christmas in a glass.

IPA

This IPA pairs rosemary, sage, and thyme with Lemondrop hops. The play of herbs with hop citrus makes this one of the best beers to pair with food, great for when you have company at the holidays!

THREE PEARL STRING

Lagers get a bad reputation for being tasteless and boring, but three additions of Triple Pearl hops make this one anything but everyday and dull. But don’t worry, we went light on the hops so it’s still easy drinking and refreshing, with hints of lemon citrus and melon.

Woody

Spruce, juniper, pine, and oak all blend to create one of the most unique beers you will ever have. Resinous with a slight citrus note the, red ale base has just enough sweetness to make sure you end happy and satisfied.

Made with Vista, Comet, and Chinook hops from Christensen Hop Farm just north of Omaha. Bright and citrusy with hints of pine and plenty bitterness, welcome to the 500 block!
