Gemma’s big sister, born from the same grains, this malty Scotch Ale is packed with camel and toffee with subtle floral and earth notes from the heather tips used in the brew process, but watch out, she’s more than a wee heavy!

LION'S TOOTH

Our yearly release of our beer made with dandelions! This ale is easy drinking with a subtle complexity, the dandelion adds floral and honey notes with a touch of earthiness. It’s unlike anything else you will find!

IPA

This IPA pairs rosemary, sage, and thyme with Lemondrop hops. The play of herbs with hop citrus makes this one of the best beers to pair with food, great for when you have company at the holidays!

THE BEST BITTER ENGLISH GENT

A classic English style. Easy drinking and full of flavor this beer is everything a Best Bitter should be, good enough to make the Best English Gent Bitter! The BBEG is something you’ll want to come face to face with again and again.

Spruce, juniper, pine, and oak all blend to create one of the most unique beers you will ever have. Resinous with a slight citrus note the, red ale base has just enough sweetness to make sure you end happy and satisfied.
