A classic English style. Easy drinking and full of flavor this beer is everything a Best Bitter should be, good enough to make the Best English Gent Bitter! The BBEG is something you’ll want to come face to face with again and again.

You’ve found him! You’ve found Waldo! But keep your eyes open, you just might find Waldo out in the world somewhere, and if you do there may be something in it for you. You can identify him by his hoppy nature and distinct color. 6.8%

Caída del Imperio

Great for the sunny days ahead this Mexican lager is lightly sweet with a touch of corn flavor. Drink it when your done mowing the yard or defeating the Second French Empire!

Midwest Vacay IPA

This IPA uses Vista, Cashmere, Triple Pearl, and Comet hops grown by Christensen Hop Farm, near Omaha. Less bitter than expected, this beer features wonderful tropical flavors and aromas, all grown and brewed here in the Midwest, making this a perfect beer for any vacation or staycation you may take!

A special release of our Dark Dissertation Chapter 2. This version is aged with vanilla and chocolate, making for a wonderful commentary on a fantastic beer!

Water That’s Fizzy

Brewed in house this seltzer is exactly what it says it is, water that’s fizzy… with some alcohol of course! This summer’s version features a little bit of raspberry flavor, a light and easy drinking option.

Our Summer favorite is back again! Juniper, spruce, and lemon meld beautifully to make this light and easy drinking beer great for a Summer day!

Tiamat’s Breath

This Imperial Brown Ale features peated and smoked malts giving it a rich and earthy character. As complex as the lore around Tiamat you’ll find this beer a wonderful drink to pause and take a minute with.

Dead Tap Tripel

This Belgian Tripel is easy drinking and refreshing, but watch out, it packs a punch! We made an active choice to hold this one back and let it age a bit while we had a dead tap to make sure it was ready for show time, and it was definitely a great decision.

Dales Dangerous Drink (3D)

Chocolaty and sweet, this beer gives you a big dose of chocolate flavor that will keep you coming back for more. While not too high in alcohol it drinks so smooth it’s dangerous!
